Costa del Sell aims to provide a safe and lawful marketplace.
Users are responsible for ensuring that anything they advertise is legal to sell, advertise or offer in Spain and complies with applicable Spanish and European Union law.
Any goods, services or activities that are illegal under Spanish or applicable EU law are prohibited.
Items that the advertiser does not legally own or have permission to sell are prohibited.
Fake or counterfeit branded products are prohibited.
Illegal drugs, controlled substances or other prohibited substances are not permitted.
Weapons, ammunition or other restricted items that cannot legally be advertised or sold through the platform are prohibited.
Prescription medicines and other products that cannot legally be sold through an online marketplace are prohibited.
Users are responsible for ensuring that any medicine-related listing complies with applicable Spanish law.
Properties must not be advertised without the appropriate authority or with deliberately false information.
Fraudulent employment opportunities or advertisements designed to obtain money or personal information are prohibited.
Fake advertisements, fraudulent schemes, phishing, fraudulent investment opportunities and other deceptive activity are prohibited.
Fake passports, identity documents, driving licences, certificates or other official documents are prohibited.
Users must not advertise or publish another person’s private or confidential information without permission.
Listings must not deliberately provide false or misleading information about an item, property, vehicle, service or business.
Users must not repeatedly post the same advertisement or use listings to spam the platform.
Costa del Sell may prohibit additional products or services where their sale, advertising or distribution is restricted or prohibited by Spanish or European Union law.
If you are unsure whether an item or service is legal to advertise or sell in Spain, you should check the applicable legislation before creating a listing.

Costa del Sell may remove any listing where there is a reasonable concern that the item, service or advertisement may be illegal, restricted or unsafe.
